Located in the re-emerging historical and cultural epicenter of Minneapolis, the Mill District (also known as Downtown East) offers a vibrant experience. Many historic flour mills have been converted into elegant homes and office spaces. Cultural attractions like the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music are all nearby. The location and downtown area are very walkable, and Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
