If applicant cannot show income of at least three time the rent, applicant may submit other proof that they can afford rent but housing provider in their sole discretion will determine whether such proof is sufficient.
* Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
* Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords in the last 3 years.
* Credit score will not be considered.
* A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. No misdemeanors in the last 3 years. No felonies in the last 7 years.
* Smoking is prohibited on site.
