Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. A $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out late. Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
