Loud building - LOTS of dogs, no noise control in that department. Pipes clang non-stop, management is great at deflecting responsibility and being passive aggressive and defensive. Overpriced rent, considering every other building in the area offers one bedrooms in better condition for between $100-150 less a month. If you like loud buildings with shifty management, this is your place to live!

The actual apartment space is wonderful and very vintage. Exactly what I was looking for! However the management leaves something to be desired. ?? Its a great area near Lake Calhoun ??; but sadly zero parking.
