There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and a $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out on time.
