Our Apartments are approximately 550-600 square feet with several windows throughout. Each Unit features a Living Room, Coat Closet, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with Refrigerator and Gas Stove, Linen Closet, Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower, a Large Bedroom, and a Large Bedroom Closet. All of our properties have secured entrances, an on-site Laundry Room, and the buildings are Smoke Free.

Lease: 6 Months, then Month-to-Month

One Off Street Parking Space for Tenant Parking only, Heat, Gas, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling is included in monthly Rent amount. Tenant pays for Electricity and any other extra utilities they choose (cable, internet, etc.)

Application Fee: $50.00

Must have all Deposits and Rents due paid before or at the time of Lease Signing, no exceptions.

* Primary Applicant(s) must be over 18 years of age.

* Each person over 18 years of age that will be living in the Unit must complete the Application Process and be listed on the Rental Agreement.

* Applicant(s) should have verifiable income of at least $2,100.00 a month. If you do not meet the Financial Requirements, you may still be eligible for a Conditional Approval.

* Applicant(s) should have a positive verifiable Rental Reference and/or proof of property ownership from within the last 24 months. If you do not have never rented before, or are not currently or have not been in a Lease or owned your property in the last 24 months, you may still be eligible for a Conditional Approval.

* Settled UDs or Evictions must be less than 12 months old. Unsettled UDs or Evictions within last 7 years are not permitted.

* To maintain the integrity of the community; rental & criminal record background checks are conducted on all Adult Applicants. Please inquire about our criminal history policies if you have any questions and to determine eligibility.
