Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the apartment and garage, and any instances of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine. Parties are not allowed, and hosting a party causing extra cleaning or neighbor disturbances will result in cancellation, eviction, and a $1,000 fine. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and check in, and ID verification is required. A front door camera (exterior only) and noise monitoring are in place for guest safety, and tampering with cameras leads to cancellation and removal without refund. An extra guest fee of $30 applies after the first 3 guests. Lost parking passes will be subject to a $150 fine.
The building offers access to shared amenities, including a fitness center (gym), rooftop terrace, and BBQ grills. Use of these amenities is entirely at the Guest’s own risk. The Host makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, safety, cleanliness, or availability of these facilities. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in accordance with local laws and building regulations. Guests are solely responsible for their behavior and the behavior of any accompanying individuals while under the influence of alcohol. The Host is not liable for any injury, accident, property damage, or disturbance resulting from the use of alcohol or misconduct in any common areas, including the rooftop and BBQ area. BBQs on the rooftop must be used with caution and in accordance with posted instructions or building policies. Guests are responsible for ensuring grills are operated safely and fully extinguished after use. Misuse of grills may result in fines or penalties from the building management, which will be passed on to the Guest. The Host shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use of the gym, rooftop, BBQs, alcohol consumption, or any other amenities or parts of the property. Guest assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all individuals on the premises during their stay, including minors and visitors. By proceeding with this reservation, Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Host, property owner, and any associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise during or as a result of their stay.
