Misuse of grills may result in fines or penalties from the building management, which will be passed on to the Guest. The Host shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use of the gym, rooftop, BBQs, alcohol consumption, or any other amenities or parts of the property.
