The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. The minimum age requirement is 22 years old, except for students/interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
