A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
