Our little neighborhood at 641 Fillmore is fantastic. It is a cozy, tucked-in neighborhood with dead end streets, so it is nice and quiet with little to no thru... traffic.
Your unit is just a half block from the big, beautiful 8-acre Beltrami Park, and just four blocks from the even larger Northeast Park! Beltrami has walking trails, a wading pool, and sport facilities including basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, an bocci ball. It also has open green space, and a playground.

Outside of being right next to beautiful parks, you are also just blocks from
- Three coffee shops - Spyhouse Coffee, Dogwood Coffee, and Five Watt Coffee.
- Seven breweries - Bauhaus Brew Labs Brewery, Able Seedhouse + Brewery, Sociable Cider Works, Indeed Brewing Company, 612 Brew, Headflyer Brewing, and Minneapolis Cider Works.
- Six Gyms - Anytime Fitness, and Snap Fitness, Titanium Performance, Sweat with Jess, North Strong Nordeast, and Los Campeones Northeast.

We do require renters insurance for all of our renters. It is extremely inexpensive (as in $5 - $10 a month) but it makes sure both of us are protected if anything were to happen.
