The fridges and stoves are very cheap and old. There is no mail room to get your packages and the management hold them like they're doing you a favor. Extremely rude leasing office. The laundry machines don't work too great and the town homes dont even have their own laundry machines, you have to go out in the cold to an apartment building to your laundry.

Since day one they promised me to change the carpet which is 20 years old and stinks. This is my second year here waiting on their promises of putting hardwood floor and they never did. When I requested to at least clean it they suggested me to leave if I’m not happy here. Is impossible to receive packages with management not being responsible for those that they hold as a “courtesy” for you to don’t leave them on the street and they let them rot over the counter. Management is extremely rude... and aggressive when you request a service. Laundry is always dirty and smells like pot, neighbors are loud and disrespectful. The worse place I ever had.

Hi... usually i wont write review but this apt makes me to write review that so nice to live....big living room with dining room ....kitchen with spacious cabinets well maintained.....immediate response if maintenance needed at any time.....very close to kohls,hotels ,shop ,target store,hobby lobby and Best Buy too.....
