One year of experience in this Apartment

Me and my brother move in last year on December . This area is quiet and clean. workers are good and polite and the best thing is bus It’s 3min away from building. Special thanks to housekeeper. She is so sweet and kind.

Awesome place

New Boston square is a great place to live. We lived here for almost 7 years and enjoyed may stay.
A clean, quiet and very welcoming management

Excellent Place to Live

Have lived here for 8 years and love this building! Clean, modern, well-designed apartments. Best part is the office & maintenance staff. They are all very friendly and helpful, which I have found to be rare in other apartments I've lived in. Maintenance is very responsive & helpful whenever I have any problems, and they keep the common areas clean. Location is excellent, right on Central Avenue and across the street from the police precinct so safety is not a concern. That said, it's now a… brand new building so it's not perfect. Minor bug issues from time to time in the summer. Pipes are occasionally an issue, although I'm told it's limited to my X01-X02 stack. Residents are cordial and I've never had any noise problems. In summary, I love this building and have no intention of moving.
