Great Spot

Resident for almost 2 years. The location of this apartment complex is one of the best in the twin cities. A perfect mix of nature/city feel at the same time with a park and Lake Bde Maka Ska a crossed the street! Plenty of great food and a Whole Foods within walking distance. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Location #1

I moved to Minneapolis a little less than a year ago and for me it was all about location, and I found it. West Calhoun is located across the street from not only a great little shopping center but also one of the most vivacious lakes in the Cities, Lake Calhoun. The apartment itself is small but as a single person it is the perfect size and even includes a spacious bedroom. You're also allowed cats and small dogs. My only complaint is that there are some issue's within the apartment that have… been looked at, they are usually extremely prompt, but have yet to be fixed. Overall I highly recommend this location especially if you are living single and don't necessarily hang out in your apartment a lot which when your right on Lake Calhoun and minutes from Uptown, why would you?!
