Best price for a convenient location
I have lived here about two and a half years now. What keeps me here? The location and the rent. The building is located near the Mississippi river (I can see it from my apartment!). The views are awesome. It is centrally located right in downtown Minneapolis. The train is only three blocks away. There is a bus line right across the street and many others within no more than 2-3 blocks walking distance. Skyway access is right across the street (This is awesome in the winter time.). There are... lots of shopping and dining options, within a 6 block radius. This area is very pedestrian friendly :). The building is very secure, clean and well maintained. The staff are wonderful and the office is open everyday until 10pm. Any maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours on business days and immediately in case of emergencies. 24 hour fitness room, beautiful community room and patio. The rent is extremely reasonable for the area and ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! You will not find a better deal. This apartment building is a rare gem in the downtown Minneapolis area. I have done extensive apartment searching and can honestly and happily say that Rivergate is probably going to continue to be my home for while longer.
