    Beware of terrible management

    Management is very unresponsive. Packages get stolen and nothing is done about it in my experience (as well as several others). It is $150/month to park in an open parking lot without even a roof (in Minnesota!). The lot isn’t even secure so anybody can go in. I really regret signing my lease because this place is a total scam. The price is way too high for the lack of amenities and general safety. A truly terrible experience.
