I signed a lease for this apartment before viewing the property in person. Once I viewed my new apartment in person I realized it was absolutely beautiful but way too tiny for my liking. It honestly made me feel claustrophobic and panicked. I would advise anyone who is thinking about leasing to please view the apartments in person before signing a contract. While the property team has been kind to work with, they have unfortunately not been able to accommodate my situation. My lease has yet to... start, but my only options are either to upgrade to another unit which is still quite small, or buy myself out of the lease. A friend and I applied separately to live at the Bryn, but we were both shocked by all the hidden fees. After talking through potential leases, my rent would have been over 300 dollars more per month than the listed value. Also, although each apartment is listed as about 450 square feet, it feels more like a micro apartment due to the poor layout. I'm just posting so people are more aware of issues I didn't know about until later in the application process.
