First apartment

They have great prices and it's income based. Everything works with you and they are really good with keeping up maintenance. It was spotless and great when I moved in. The only downer is parking, because it's near downtown you need a sticker to park. Or you have to try to get one of the 5 spots in the back. This is definitely great for my first apartment. Gives other place something to live up too.
