Grain Belt Apartments is centrally located for culture and entertainment. It is near downtown yet close to the green space along the river. The management and maintenance is capable, accessible, and quick in response to my concerns.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Grain Belt Apartments in Northeast Minneapolis. Collin and Marissa in the office are always friendly and helpful, and Anthony and Sean from maintenance are prompt and reliable. The property is clean and well-maintained, the residents are welcoming, and the location in Northeast is perfect—close to so many great venues, parks, and restaurants. I’m happy to call this community home
