Comfortable Apartment to Settle Into

I recently moved out after living here for a few years, and I'd definitely recommend Tree Tops to anyone, especially to a single person or a couple without kids. As others have mentioned, it's in a really convenient location (especially if you bus downtown for work, or spend any time biking), and for the most part the building is really comfortable and quiet. They went through some staffing changes while I lived here, but everyone was always really helpful and responsive, and any maintenance... issues were fixed quickly. There are a few things that are a little irritating (loud air conditioners, tiny dishwashers), but nothing I'd call a dealbreaker. There was also a problem with mail theft that someone mentioned, but that issue is fixed since there's a secure mail room now. Pets are allowed, so if you have a problem running into a dog or two sometimes, you might not like it here. Otherwise, it was a really pleasant place to live and I can definitely vouch for it.
