Quiet friendly place to call home!
My wife and I have lived here for 14 years. There are other tenants that have lived here longer than us. You will find that it is pretty quiet in both buildings and everyone seems to watch out for each other here while still respecting your individual privacy. Another amazing feature is the Central Air units! On hot days, you don't have to worry about those little in the wall units! Same goes for heating! Each unit has their own gas forced air furnace and central air. The temp is always just... right. We have a end unit with a real wood burning fire place. Where else will you find one of those in an apartment? On cold winter nights it sure is nice to have that crackling fire going!
