Loud, Expensive, but lots of space

Expect packages to be stolen. No cameras in the lobby. 80 trains go by every day, so get used to the sounds of crossing signals and trains. You will also hear cars at the intersection all day long. The windows and balcony door have horrible insulation. Even with plastic wrapped windows expect $170+ heating bills in January and February. If you are lucky enough to be next to one of the businesses, the walls are super thin and you will hear everything.

My unit had lots of space and the ceilings… are pretty. in unit laundry was nice to have.

If you can handle noise, package theft, and high utility costs it is not a bad place to live.
