Silver Oaks Court

Silver Oaks Court was my home for nearly 4 years, and I'd still be there if I hadn't decided to take advantage of the great housing market.

I had a one bedroom apartment that I fell in love with for it's large (for an apartment) kitchen and spacious rooms.
There was plenty of closet storage, as well as a locked storage area outside of the apartment. The no pets policy was a blessing since I have allergies.

The grounds and buildings are very well kept, and the managers respond quickly when… issues are reported. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very safe with groceries, parks, and libraries nearby. I was able to walk to the bus stop to work downtown, and its perfectly located for quick access to 694, 35W, or Central.

My wife & I have lived here for nearly 10 years.

On sight management works very hard to keep the property well maintained.

The area is quiet and the apartments are located very close to parks, grocery store, convenience stores and restaurants.

I have lived at Silver Oaks for almost 8 years. The buildings and outside property are very well kept and clean. Quiet area and quiet neighbors. The property manager and maintenance are very nice and respond quickly to any requests. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet place to rent.

I have enjoyed the quiet and clean apartment building for almost 9 years. No street noise, no loud neighbors. I work long hours and the quiet nature of the building. The cub grocery store is great to have so close. There is no downside to living here.
