Timberfield Apartments

..although I’m not sure how much longer I can afford to. A big plus is that I can have a pet, which is a big quality-of-life point for me. I moved in several years ago when the place was new and I have to say that it has been maintained and managed pretty well. I have made some great friendships among my neighbors. The location is great.
My only real complaints are that the management company keeps finding ways to add charges to the base rental fee.and some of the rules for residency seem... harsh. Read your rental contract carefully! If you sign up for a yearly contract as I did, be aware that if you pass away or become disabled to the point having to move elsewhere for assisted living, your rental contract stipulates that you or your estate is still on the hook for your rent for the balance of the year. I like having Anne as a site manager. I find her to have an excellent personality and cares for the residents of the buildings. She’s very helpful in taking care of your needs or problems you may have. When I call her or email her with an issue she gets back to me right away. As far as the apartments I like the location, easy access to target and cub foods. Nice walking paths too.
