Horrible! DONT MOVE HERE

If giving zero stars was possible that’s what I would give. First off the Management is so unprofessional and charge you for everything they can think of, and the money is never enough they will keep raising the amount with no evidence. Secondly they will give your personal information to anyone who says they are calling for you. Don’t rent from them, they are the worst. If you like waking up to your car towed great place to rent!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

The management at this place is terrible. They park in the fire zone, then randomly have my car towed for having expired tabs (by a few days) without warning, they enter the apartment without notice, all totaled together over the last 2 years, we have been without hot water for more than 30 days, without reimbursement, or actually replacing the hot water heater, they refuse to fix fire hazards within the unit, and lock away my amazon deliveries for days without notice and some have even… "disappeared". Keep in mind that I pay my rent ON TIME, without fail. I keep my apartment in better condition than I received it, I do not complain frequently. I am pleasant to deal with, and having my car towed for an added expense of $300 and then treating me like a low-life piece of crap when I talked to her about it, was the final straw. I am employed, a grad student, and a great tenant. This place is awful and I would NEVER recommend it for anyone.

My Apartment

Where I live at is a very quite neighborhood. The bus line is right near my apartment and there is a convenient store right down the street. The building is very clean inside and outside. I love the city because there isn't too much crime that goes on.
