This property is in a great location. Its position on the north side of town provides quick access to the interstate when traveling to the Cities, while still being close to other conveniences around town.

Management does a great job responding to concerns. I was concerned after reading the other reviews, but the building is in great condition.

Amenities and appliances are nice and modern. Building manager is responsive to concerns. Location allows for quick access to the highway and there’s a gas station just across the street as well as a nice Mexican restaurant.

Dog pee and poop in the hallways and elevators more than not. Lobby and hallways always dirty. Mold in just about every unit that they aren't doing anything about. Elevator doesn't work most of the time.

Molding in less than a year of being open that they aren’t fixing. Water pours into the first floor (some parts not all) and garage through the walls whenever it rains light or heavy. You’re lucky if you catch the elevator when it’s working. Just lots wrong with it.
