The manual alone on how to take care of the floors is ridiculously long and the amount of money they want to charge you for 'damaging' the floor is outrageous.

We got charged to replace flooring that had already been damaged when we moved in, which was evident by the flash drive of pictures they keep of all move ins. They also charged us for a part of flooring that wasn't even damaged.

I would avoid renting here if you at all want to consider actually 'living' and not spending all day walking... around on egg shells hoping you didn't tip off on there 1000 different ways of 'damaging' their floors. Read More

For Thanksgiving, they offered everyone movie theater tickets to the Marvels or Hunger Games. They treated everyone to breakfast and every Sunday night.....dinner. They did a Halloween party and had a photo booth for people and pets. They really go out of their way. Everything so clean and quiet. I love my home.

Absolutely horrible mistake moving here. I hate it so much!!! From day one the harassment from management started making my movers move up to three times while trying to unload. Management constantly harassing and sending letters for fees. The worst part is management lives at the apartments so they constantly watching you and rating you out for more fees and rules you or anyone you know may accidentally break. Management continues to charge for multiple things multiple charges and move out fees... are outrageous I hear from other tenants. Nothing gets fixed maintenance takes 2 to 3 to 4 weeks and never announces themselves on entering. Everything‘s always broken doors are broken so you cannot let your dogs out to go to the bathroom. Dead mice in the dog pools, I moved here for the pool alone and there’s neither pool open for the whole time I’ve been here but still paying the very hefty price. The workout room is destroyed due to the fire they had and both pools are taking forever to fix because management does not care because everyone still pays. Moved out about a year ago and was hit by almost $1000 in fees for “damage” that included stuff that was already there before I moved in (scratches on floors, holes on walls, flaking paint, etc).

Quite a bit of other negative stuff I could list. Only positive thing to say is they do a good job with snow removal.

Me and boyfriend just moved in last month and Mariah was such a great help getting us settled in to make us feel comfortable in our new home. It was the best experience ever and it is such a beautiful place all around, the staff is wonderful and they care about everyone. Highly recommend!!!
