I lived here more than year!!!! & I request for inspection before moving out they said, after inspection no one can live the place per policy or we will inspect on our own. I was genuinely accepted & make sure to clean our normal wear & tear. A month later I got the bill for one month rent $1835.00 for COOKING ODOR removed. When I enquired & had multiple emails no use… They say we are CORPORATE & our policies are different either you pay... or will report for collection!!!! The townhome is in a nice community, and the accommodations are nice enough. However, the management is less than stellar, and they will charge you for maintenance issues if they deem it could be your fault (garbage disposal issues). The interiors are extremely outdated. Annual rent increase is between 3-5%. History of car break-ins as well.

Expected to pay top dollar amount for a townhome that obviously hasn't been properly renovated for years. You are left with an old rundown home. BEWARE. the red tape you will experience here can be worrysome. BE VILIGANT on ending your lease WELL in advance as they will take an iron stance and automatically roll you over to a new month by month lease, even if you submit your notice one day short.

Do love living here! Don't LOVE the maintenance people who are very hard to get a hold of. Also, my garbage disposal has broken twice. First time they fixed it no issue, but second time they charged me? Also, the yearly rent increase is a bit high and discouraging, but all in all we enjoy the space.

We moved to Fox Forest about 9 months ago and are very pleased with our choice. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Buildings are well-constructed and well-maintained. Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests. Residents are a mix of families, singles, and retirees. Walking distance to Medicine Lake and to the Luce Line hiking/biking trail make this the perfect location. We enjoy living in Fox Forest and hope to be here for a long time.
