Stay Away!

I tried to schedule a tour and confirmed with someone via email multiple days in advanced, and got a confirmation text the day of my tour. I showed up 15 minutes early and no one was there. Not to mention there was dog poop in the middle of the lobby. Someone finally showed up at 12:15 (my tour was at 12) and then they refused to do the tour. I drove 30 minutes for nothing it was a complete waste of time. It also just seemed a little unsafe in general as anyone can walk in and out of the front… door.

Stay Away

I tried to schedule a tour for an apartment, they confirmed my day and time via email and text. I drove 30 minutes and showed up early and there was no one there. Until 30 minutes later someone showed up and then refused to do the tour. If they’re going to schedule tours, their staff should prioritize taking a small amount of time to do a tour.

There was also dog poop in the middle of the lobby and was a little sketchy as anyone can go in and out of the front doors. Such a waste of time.
