I have lived here since May 2021 and I love it. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance crew is excellent and the community director and staff are top notch.
The rent includes electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, trash, and a parking space in the heated garage.
There are many fun activities offered but attendance is your choice. There’s a library, theater (for watching movies and Minnesota Vikings football), simulated golf, exercise room, craft room,... indoor swimming pool and areas for friends and family to gather.
Outside, there’s a pickleball court, gardening, fenced bark park, and parks to walk in.
I highly recommend Affinity at Ramsey, check it out!

maintenence
new management changed here. this dog park is unsafe for our fury friends. Management says they will take care of it last Spring . Nothing done. Been here for almost 3 years. this place is really going down hill for the rent we pay.

Unfortunately,... untimely events of staff turnover and staff shortages has played a part in not being able to maintain our standards for the Dog Run. This is at the forefront of my concern, and we have been working actively to get this taken care of.
