Park Place Apartments

The apartment was in excellent condition upon moving in. Everything was clean and in working order.

It’s a Nice clean facility. Dog park was a huge plus.

Construction comes at 6 am everyday and wakes you up. I have Not had one good night of sleep since moving in. Way too noisy here

Moved into an apartment that was dirty and half way done. The dishwasher wasn’t working, and we been waiting weeks to get it fixed, multiples plugs aren’t working and there’s a strong smell of cat’s urine. The manager working at the apartments is rude, and does not want to help the residents. Do not recommend

I rented a townhome. Upon move in, the toilets were so dirty they were dark brown on the inside instead of white. There was carpet fuzz everywhere because they never cleaned after it was installed. The cupboards all had sawdust in them. Floors, baseboards, window treatments were all dirty. There was garbage outside everywhere all time. I weekly needed a shovel to pick up the garbage outside the fron door that would accumulate. The paint job is terrible, they missed spots in every room. If you... drive a truck, it will most likely not fit in the garage. There isn't anywhere for guests to park, other than your driveway. You can hear normal day to day noise from your next door neighbors because of the way the building was built. If you are looking for a clean, peaceful place to live; this is not it. Read More
