Lyndale Gardens

I have lived here since January 2016. I love the affordable price of living here and how close it is to Uptown and how easy it is to get to St. Paul or anywhere in Minneapolis quickly. A well-lit parking lot with lots of extra places to park make it easy to have guests over. Problems are taken care of promptly and in all it is a great place to live! - McKenzie Hohlen

I enjoy living in these apartments. It is mostly quiet and the neighbors are pleasant and keep to themselves. The management is kind and always returns messages promptly. I especially love that the walls are painted warm shades of brown so I don't feel like I'm living in a white box.

I had an apartment showing scheduled 4 days prior to the showing date. I even received a confirmation text and call from them about 2 hours before the showing. I left work an hour early because they refused to agree to a showing time after 5pm. Anyway, I drive 40 mins in peak traffic and arrive at the apartment and there is No one at the leasing office. No one answered my calls, I must have called 3 different numbers atleast. How unprofessional can anyone get? Management refuses to answer questions and has zero respect for tenants. Maintenance never comes, and if work is done, it's shoddy - Just look at the parking lot, if you drive by - they covered the cracked broken driveway in tar to try to color match the redone parking area .. which has no traction and is very dangerous in winter. Tenant quality is up and down, but police visits to the property are not uncommon. Noisy neighbours up late. Dirty hallways. "Secure" doors constantly propped… open or have coins jammed into the locking mechanism.
