It's quiet and people are nice. The stairs next to the mailboxes are dirty, rarely vacuumed. Also would be nice to have a large tv in the party room so we could watch football games. Rent is high for only fair amenities. Nice apartments.

Victoria Place is quiet and very nice quality. The gym area could be bigger, and the billiards room is seldom used. Lots of wildlife outside, and close to all that Roseville offers, parks, shopping, eating.

Feel safe , clean environment. Friendly staff. Decorated for the holidays. Shoved snow on a timely matter. Community room has shelves full of books to borrow.
