This apartment complex has security issues

Theft from cars and porches is a huge issue here. Security in general is a major issue for this place. Its almost as if the property managers are inviting thieves. No cameras, security detail, or neighborhood watch org (or anything at all) to combat thieves and the like. Our garage door opener opens our neighbors garage as well, and the maintenance guy observed and chuckled about it... do not rent or buy property here. You will regret it when your car/property gets tossed by thieves, which will... 100% happen at some point if they catch you slippin.
