    Numerous hidden costs

    While my experience had some positives, there were a few concerns, including some unexpected costs, a portion of the deposit not being returned, smoke issues in the apartment, and management not always being as helpful as I had hoped.

    We strive to be transparent about all lease terms and charges, which are outlined in the lease agreement before    … move-in. Security deposit deductions are documented and made in accordance with the lease and applicable law.

    Regarding the smoke concerns, we take reports of lease violations seriously. Unfortunately, we were never made aware of this issue during your tenancy, so we were not given the opportunity to investigate or address it at the time. We encourage residents to report maintenance or community concerns as soon as they arise so we can work toward a resolution.
