* Having a felony conviction for assault, arson, sex offense or certain other violent crimes within the past 10 years;
* Having a felony conviction in the last 5 years for a drug offense or certain other non-violent crimes.
* Having a Misdemeanor and Gross Misdemeanor with a date of sentencing within the past 3 years.
* Providing false or misleading information or omitting material information from the application.
