These properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
