Evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property is equipped with privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record audio. No outside guests are allowed without prior written permission.
