Grand view Estates is bad

I lived at grand view estates for 3 years in total 2 in a one bedroom and 1 in a 2. This is the place if you are looking for the bare min and something close to campus. It is literally impossible to get a hold of the management and I have had several problems with them. The washing machines break down often and even when they do work they cost too much and don't properly dry clothes. The last month of my stay at Grandview they decided to place a large dumpster in my parking space without... notifying me. When I called InMotion they gave me a half hearted apology and said that they would give me back my last payment for the parking spot. Upon moving out we found that they had taken a bogus 35$ out of our security deposit for " Having dusty countertops and a Dirty Drip pan" Honestly I would fight this more if I didn't know that they were impossible to reach by Phone,Email, text, or Carrier pigeon. Also our apt was haunted.
