Wonderful Home

Holden House is fantastic! The whole team there, including McKenzie, Dany, Bailey, and Lance do a great job making this place a tight knit community. They are so friendly and approachable. They also host fun events and are very quick to respond to maintenance needs (thanks, Lance!). The building is also super pet friendly and there is a network of folks that help with pet sitting. I moved out recently and was sad to say goodbye!

10/10 would recommend!

I have no complaints about living at Holden House Apartments! I have had such a great experience with McKenzie and the team with the leasing/move-in process and any questions that have come up during my stay! The team always goes above and beyond to make sure all questions or issues are addressed. There are no complaints with noise or issues in my apartment. I love that they accept cats and dogs and have a resident bulletin board where residents can post various things! They also have a fitness… room with weights, treadmills, ect., a nice coffee machine that makes specialty coffee drinks, and have different things they do for residents each month like grab and go breakfast which is a nice plus! Very quiet and safe neighbor also with plenty of street parking with the exception of the state fair. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Absolutely Love it!

I was an early move in and have loved my experience at Holden House so far. Great quiet location, beautiful community spaces and amazing staff! I really appreciate the flexibility of their move in specials and the quick response times with the manager, Zach.
