Best Value in St. Paul for an Upscale Secure Building

This Building has it all. Upscale finishes in the units and extra security. Electronic security doors and multiple cameras. Very safe and secure. I love the cleanliness and prompt maintenance response from management. The workout facility is very nice, and I can park my car in the heated garages. I rented a furnished unit with luxury couches, coffee table, beds, dressers and 55" T.V. With Marshall Suites you get all of the Luxury for the most affordable pricing in St. Paul. A+

Wonderful Building

The building is great, with top quality finishes and amenities.
Their management has been very easy and attentive, when I have needed anything. Great neighborhood, I walk my dog and ride my bike on the Mississippi trails that are just blocks away. Bus line is right at the corner of the building, easy to hop on and get anywhere. The workout facility is nice, with Life Fitness equipment. I feel very safe in the building, with electronic security doors, and cameras everywhere. My rent is every… affordable compared to Uptown or West Minneapolis upscale buildings. Jane
