We love this beautiful building! Huge windows. So much natural light. Responsive and friendly staff. Skyway life is awesome. Great amenities.

The most elegant, best maintained, and friendliest community ever. I’m continually amazed at how people take care to learn each other’s names and interests. It really is like a small, bustling village.

I have enjoyed my 9 years I have lived here. The apartments are well insulated and quiet. Every month we have gatherings for the residents with food and drinks.

The Pioneer Endicott is a gem in downtown St. Paul. The building is beautiful, with construction that ensures privacy and peace—a huge plus for me and my cat. My experience with management and maintenance has been stellar. On the rare occasions I’ve needed help, maintenance was prompt, resolving issues the same day or by the next morning. Overall, a great place to live for those who value a quiet, hassle-free environment in a historic building.
