Thin walls

A lot louder than my last place and paying about $400 more. Can hear regular conversations and yelling from football I think along with people letting doors slam and people walking on their heels. Nice amenities including elevator, central air, and in unit laundry. Maintenance reqests seems not on point either.

Amazing Apartment i will miss it

These apartments are so comfortable and homey, i would recommend this place to anyone, it’s very quiet all day, everyone is respectful and friendly, maintenance answers so quickly, i have lived here for 2 years and now moving (cause of getting a roommate, and work) i will truly miss my first apartment!! Worth every penny :)

Lists unavailable units as "available now"

Doesn't seem like the site manager knows what is being put up on their website. Went to tour a 2 bed and 2 bath, and when I was asked when I was looking to move in, I told her in a week, week and a half. My reply was met with, earliest availability is in July. Otherwise it looks really beautiful and clean.
