Quick to give lease violations, slow to fix maintenance issues!
I would rate this property two stars primarily because of its location and its pet-friendly policy for both cats and dogs.
The complex has been under some form of construction for well over a year. Many of the units have been renovated with updated appliances and finishes; the quality of the finishes is mediocre.
The current property listing advertises a pool; however, there is no functional pool available. The residents are left with what appears to be an unfinished construction site where... the pool may eventually be located.
Another ongoing concern is the property's overall environment. There is frequently a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke and marijuana, compounded by a dumpster area that is often overflowing and regularly attracts raccoons.
The on-site maintenance technician is overly friendly and a bit too flirtatious. Maintenance requests take several days to complete, and there is never any follow-up when submitting requests
In my experience, management appears to place significant emphasis on identifying lease violations while giving less attention to resident concerns and quality-of-life issues.
Unfortunately, the list of concerns associated with this property continues to grow. The property has had considerable turnover. Given my experience, I would not recommend this complex to prospective renters.
