Tenants pay for the monthly rent charges of $835-$1,355 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.

Disgusting and stinks

The hallways stinks so bad, and when I asked the manager to clean it, they did not even clean it, there are so much cockroaches and it's so dirty in the hallways.

Roaches Roaches Everywhere

The management is trying their best but the current roach situation remains horrible. Spending easily 100/month in roach traps/chemicals/fogs. Hallways smell of the fog, so they are trying, but not sure how the building can operate safely.

Calling and refusing to show

I called the provided number and asked if I there’s a day I’d like to move in. Told the lady that I’m not gonna give an exact date as there’s several other apartment complexes competing with them. She immediately just tells me to go onto their website and look there. Rather go into the complex to smell the place and see how it’s maintained. Since I can’t. Imma assume they’re not the type to take care their tenets.

NIGHTMARE

The place is infested with cockroaches. The management does not care and does not respond to any issues. I have left countless voicemails and get no response.
