Faucet change. I needed a new faucet in the kitchen. They were very prompt in getting it changed.

Potholes and more There is no excuse for not filling the potholes in the parking lot… I do know that there will be a new lot.. However, they should be filled as needed with sand or another appropriate fillet… My apartment is a terrible place… Oven is 35 or 40 years old and too small for even a cookie sheet… The stove top Burners are mostly on 30° angles… My floors are unstable and my bathtub is at an angle… I’m unhappy with my apartment and I’ve offered to move across the hall for the same price... so they could be to redo my apartment They want to charge $200 more… For the apartment that does not have a washer and dryer in unit… Unhappy tenant
