    A bright, well cared for and friendly place to live.

    The Mendota has been a wonderful place to live. It is very well cared for, the cleaning lady and handy man do an amazing job. Pat , the manager is so kind and quick to respond to concerns and get the issues addressed. The lady who cares for the plants to make everything warm and comfortable, does such a beautiful job , plus making newcomers feel welcome and at home. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. It is so nice to have a workout room and a pool to enjoy, especially in the Mn. winters.… Plus, as a single woman, safety is key and I have felt very safe living here. I enjoy the range of young families, singles to those who are in their elder years living here. It makes for a fun, life giving place to live! I highly recommend. Plus, walking paths and nature close at hand, to enjoy the outdoors.
