We welcome pets (with a non-refundable $250 pet deposit) and do not charge a monthly pet rent, because you wouldn’t charge a separate rent for any other members of the family, and our pets are our family. We are flexible on dogs/cats and no size restrictions.
Don’t like the style? Please feel free to make this home feel like your own. If you’d like to change the paint or the murals, we only ask that you run your plans by us first. Like it the way it is? Even better!
