Woodmere Apartments

Kris, the apartment manager is friendly and responsive, they’ve done several updates and renovations, and anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been addressed promptly. The building is also quiet. I’ve lived here for 5 years and had an overall great experience. ??

We lived here for a year and for the most part it was good. Management is good and responsive. Secure building with keypad or key fob entry. We only have one complaint--they have mice! We first noticed a mouse about a month in and called the management office who sent an exterminator. He came out and put ONE trap in our unit. Informed us he will be back in 3 weeks to check up. He never came back. Which at the time seemed ok since we never saw the mouse again. Approximately a month before we were… set to move out, we noticed another mouse! This one was smaller and faster! We bought traps and put them out. I'm not sure what is worse--the fact that it was never caught or the fact that management did not care. This place isn't elaborate or fancy but the neighbors are nice, management is friendly and the area is clean and safe. Location within five minutes of two major outlet malls and only a short drive to Mall of America. Complex is close to walking trails, schools and parks and is very pet friendly for dogs of all sizes.

These units are safe and secure with controlled entry. My unit is bright and updated. The staff is friendly and for the most part, quick to respond to issues. There is an indoor pool here which we love to use! We are also conveniently close to my sons school, the highway,shopping and restaurants.
