Poor living
Well if you like the smell of marijuana coming into your apartment from your neighbors it is great. I have tried dealing with it myself and the landlords and nothing is yet to be done. I have a small child and I cannot handle the smell, I should not have to smell these things in my living quarters that I pay for. Also, the 2 story has terrible heating and cooling and trying to equal it out between the floors is almost impossible without other resources.
