The house has a 6ft folding table with 8 seats available in the dining area, as well as 4 stools at the bar top on the island. There is a second living space on the bottom level with 3 bunk beds that can have a second air mattress added.
If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know in advance. All pets must be approved and are required to be outside trained (no puppy pads) and able to be in a crate when unattended. If your fur baby sheds a lot, we ask you bring materials to pick up the extra fur. All pet accidents that you can’t remove completely yourself must be reported immediately.
This house is nestled in the mountains in a quiet neighborhood with lots of acreage, trees, and nature. Getting around is easy, the driveway is large enough to park several vehicles of all sizes, and you can easily access the highways just by driving a couple miles down the road in either direction.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old and photo identification is required at the time of booking. Because this is a newly acquired place, and due to renovations, photos may not be completely representative of what's available. If we find unreported stains from pets, you will incur an additional fee of $100 plus cost for removal of set-in stains.
